Therapies was originally established in 2002 as a single massage therapy
practice by Melissa Fitta (NC LMBT #3243), a therapist who had a dream
of bringing to her hometown a place that offered peace to the masses.
Over the years, those dreams have been coming true, as Jacksonville
now has its very own place where many can come and find that peace.
Power of Touch is known as Jacksonville’s “Best Kept Secret” and for providing “Wowing” service to
every client in a peaceful, tropical oasis.
Power of Touch has a mission to offer every client a journey filled
with good health, self-awareness and the ease to live a fun filled life,
by educating them about the wonderful benefits of all the Alternative
Services offered. A peaceful, professional, upscale, private practice
located just off of Henderson Drive, at 300 Carmen Ave. Suite 300,
offers NC Licensed Massage Therapy, Certified Medical Massage Therapy, and Aroma Steam Capsule
Treatments, as well as a few Onsite Services for your convenience.
Power of Touch has multiple, highly trained NC Licensed Massage
Therapists offering traditionally known massages such as Swedish Massages,
Deep Tissue Massages, Pregnancy Massages, & Couples Massages. Our Specialty Massages include Hot Stone Massages, Aromatherapy
Massages and exclusive to Jacksonville, the Russian Bath Massages and the
“in house creation” the Scrubassage. Certified Medical Massage Therapy offered includes TMJD Massages, Re-Educate Massages &
Medical Massages; which are massages deemed medically necessary with billing
